These meetings will inform you of any upcoming events or concerns. They will provide you with an opportunity to stay current on Company initiatives and the industry. Our Associates receive inspirational advice from Guest Speakers in a sales rally atmosphere, network and get to know other Signature Service GMAC Real Estate Associates.

  Advantage Quick Start

A check list for starting up and standing out. This program provides our new agents with an easy-to-follow set of guide lines and check-off tasks, which will help our new agents, understand our company and their role as a real estate licensee and their real estate business. It's a program designed to help our new agents established a real estate career that is both profitable and long term.

   Fast Track Partnership Program
Get your questions answered and the guidance you need seven days a week. Our professional support team guides new licensed Sales Associates step by step starting with their 1st transactions, putting them on the road to success.

  Signature Service Advantage Post Training

SSA training focuses on improving essential marketing knowledge, necessary to list and sell your properties. The course is tailored for new and experienced Associates who are looking for a “refresher” course. This training offers techniques for prospecting and referral regeneration.

   In-Office Training Classes
In-office training is held consistently throughout the month and covers a variety of topics. Our office is equipped with the most advanced computers available, and provide a convenient location for our Associates to learn more on how to access research material, utilize computer software and learn everything they need to know about our products, tools, systems and how to apply them.

   Elegant Homes Training

Elegant Homes is designed for experienced Agents who are interested in selling luxury homes. The course teaches our associates how to qualify a home as an Elegant Home and how to use unique national marketing programs to reach the right types of buyers who can purchase such a home.
